IMPK SGH.FutureLeaders.Bridge 2nd edition (22 June-17 July 2026)

International Intensive Training Program (IMPK) organized by the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. The aim of the course is to empower future leaders from high potential developing countries by equipping them with critical leadership competencies, multicultural proficiency and practical understanding of sustainable enterprise management (ESG) needed to drive successful economic and institutional transformation in their respective nations. The course consisted of an online component in the form of a business simulation and five thematic modules (described below in the ‘learning activities’ section). These modules were delivered in person at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Claims

Quality assurance measures: the course was designed in accordance with the University’s guidelines on the quality of education and was prepared and delivered by lecturers with the relevant experience, knowledge and expertise in higher education. Following the course, evaluation questionnaires were completed by participants so that their feedback could be taken into account in future editions. The validation of learning outcomes was separate from the educational process.

The primary objective of the simulation is to provide an immersive, experiential learning environment where international students integrate multi disciplinary business knowledge to manage a global cosmetics firm. Students are challenged to transition from "siloed" thinking (marketing vs. finance vs. supply chain) to integrated management, where they must demonstrate that a company can achieve long term financial profitability while successfully navigating systemic ESG risks and opportunities.
